Who we are
In 1997, our founder and Chief Executive William Peall was working as a carer himself. He loved working with clients, and wanted to provide them with more – more comfort, more support and, wherever possible, more experiences. So he started an agency to do just that.
Frantec began with a mission to provide person-centred care that goes the extra mile for those who require live-in support, and it’s what we’ve done for the three decades since, earning our reputation as tenacious fighters for our clients. Over that time we’ve helped hundreds of clients and their friends and family to live as fully and as independently as possible through our personal care and support.
Founder and CEO
William Peall
William founded Frantec in 1997 after being frustrated by the one-size-fits-all nature of the care companies for which he’d worked. With more than 30 years of experience in the business, William is still as passionate as ever, sharing his knowledge with clients and others who need help. ‘It started for me with taking one of my clients out to clubs, carrying a wheelchair down the stairs – and I’ve never looked back.’
