What happens when I contact Frantec

When you contact Frantec, you’re contacting an experienced care professional – not a salesperson. We are ready to act as your ally in what we know is one of the most complicated times in your life.

If you phone you will speak to one of the care professionals working in our office.

That might be William Peall, our founder and CEO; or Shona Lingham, our office manager; Rosie Holmes, service manager; Sarah Bescoby, person-centred lead; or Jane O’Halloran, the client liaison. 

We’ll listen to your unique situation and determine how we can help. We’ll find out the specifics of your needs, as well as logistical information such as your location and when you need help to start.

Then, if you wish, we’ll set a time to meet you – at your home, at the hospital or wherever you or your dependent may be. Yes, we will come to you to assess the situation. We can help you understand the financial implications and what assistance there may be for you. And most of all we can be there as an ally, to map out the next stages of your journey.
