What do we mean by Care & Support?
Frantec provides in-home care including ’round-the-clock support for people with extraordinary needs. Our compassionate Personal Support Workers (PSWs) will be with you in your own home, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to provide the support needed for the client to live the best possible life.

Entering the world of live-in care can be daunting. It’s important to have allies. Every care situation is unique – there is no one-size-fits-all solution. And we know this moment is a particularly complicated time in your life.
We can be that ally.
We have 30 years of experience in live-in care, and 30 years experience in helping people in complicated, stressful situations. What we don’t have are salespeople: contact us and you’ll be in touch with an experienced care professional.

How can we help
At Frantec we offer a care and support programme built around the client’s needs – not a one-size-fits-all system. Our Personal Support Workers often work as live-in carers on a 24-hour basis. And they work with the same clients repeatedly, building relationships and understanding needs. Our PSWs will be the client’s hands, legs or eyes, as well as their companion and confidante.
