How we can help

At Frantec we offer the kind of help that we would want for our own loved ones. That means a care and support programme built around the client’s specific needs – not a one-size-fits-all system. Our compassionate and professional Personal Support Workers (PSWs) offer person-centred care, often as live-in carers on a 24-hour basis. Our PSWs work with the same clients repeatedly, building relationships and getting to know that client’s particular requirements. Our PSWs will be the client’s hands, legs or eyes, as well as their companion and confidante.
